We want everyone to be ecstatic about their Quacker Packs purchase!! We make every effort to ensure that you are receiving the best products that we carry. Note that we do not manufacture the items here and there may be some visible flaws from the manufacturer. We will do our best to pick the best specimens for your flock!!


Refunds


All sales are final, and the company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.


Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges, as all products are sold with good intent. You will be notified prior to shipping to ensure that the product you order is what you receive.


Shipping returns


No returns are accepted unless there is physical damage. If physical damage is present in the product you purchased upon arrival, please contact our team, and they will help you fix the problem.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
