In early December, Eloise became severely ill and dehydrated, prompting a visit to the ER on December 1st, where her parents were advised to follow up with her pediatrician. On December 3rd, her doctor raised concerns about weakness on her left side and eye issues, suspecting a minor stroke and referring her to neurology. By December 6th, her neurologist expressed concern about potential Cerebral Palsy and ordered a CT scan at Children's ER, where her family received the devastating news that Eloise had a brain tumor on her brainstem.
